A sea turtle conservation project on Juara Beach, on Tioman's quieter east coast, where visitors can learn about nest protection and hatchling releases.
💡 Local tipJuara is on Tioman's east coast, reached by a 4x4 taxi across the island from Tekek. The project runs short conservation talks for a donation (around RM10); turtle nesting is mainly in the drier months. Juara village has simple Malay eateries.
