Bako National Park
Sarawak's oldest national park, reached by boat from near Kuching, with jungle trails, sea stacks and good chances of seeing proboscis monkeys.
💡 Local tipPark entry is RM20 for foreigners (RM10 Malaysians); the boat from Kampung Bako jetty is extra and priced per boat, so share with others. Bring cash, as there are no ATMs. Look for proboscis monkeys near park HQ early in the morning.
